Read, act and get lean.....
One of the best books I have been reading so far on nutrition and behavioral reasons of being overweight.
Entertaining, intelligent, accessible.
An entertaining tone makes the not so common understanding of intelligent nutritional choices accessible and easy to apply..
Anyone can make this work
An interesting take on nutrition and exercise - the best part is plenty of examples of practical application for the average person.
Awesome book, but I wonder if I would have just thrown it away back when I was a full-on fatty...
From the title, what I mean is that, its awesome, I wish I'd read it when I was 18-20, because it eradicates tons of mental cognitive lies I told myself back then.
Nothing Groundbreaking, but good
As a trainer and nutrition coach I wasn't expecting this book to provide tons of insights for me, but overall a very well done book.
Drop the Fat Act & Live Lean
I'm not quite half way thru the book but I've already learned facts I had not known before.
Read the book, apply what you learn and you too will be fit
This is a quick video review of Drop the Fat Act & Live Lean by Ryan Andrews.
Lighten Up!
Author Ryan Andrews' gives us a great common-sense, truthful, funny approach to diet and exercise peppered with anecdotes from his experience as a fitness coach.
Everything you already knew and didn't need to ask
Unless you're incredibly clueless, you probably don't need a book to tell you that sitting on your couch all day washing down gallon cartons of Goldfish crackers with Mountain Dew will make you fat.
Excellent Read
Ryan has created a very easy to read and inspiring book.
