Enjoyable read
Bought this for a Hci class.
Great book, love it!
Great book and just as described, thank you!.
If you're somehow reading this review in 2007 buy this book, otherwise...
Bill Buxton seems like a very nice guy, and I wish that instead of reading this book I had been able to pick his brain on UX over a beer.
A fantastic book
One of my favorite tech/design books.
good to buy this book
Good to buy this book Sketching User Experiences: Getting the Design Right and the Right Design...
Must have book for your shelf (and consumption)
I believe in refreshing knowledge and one way to do that is to see what others are doing and keeping up with.
Introduces core concepts of design
This book is VERY effective in communicating what constitutes a good design, giving readers different ways to think creatively.
Encouraging and fantastically designed
I've gotta give it to whoever designed this book .
Top notch user experience guide
This book compiles lots of famous examples from the 1970s and 80s about building just enough of a product to give an idea of how a person would use it and feel about it.
Bill Buxton address's a key issue in modern product design
Bill Buxton asks the question, why can we spend so much time and money to develop products of questionable or bad quality, yet we cannot spend a far lesser sum to do the upfront work required to build the right product , then to do it well .
