This is my favorite of Umrigar's excellent books.

Although I bought a copy approximately seven years ago, and first saw this book in a hardcover edition decades ago, I have not seen fit to write an actual review until now.

Barbour was certainly a pioneer and he has to be acknowledged as having been instrumental in the modern revival of unequal temperaments.
